FAQ

1. Do you offer wholesale/consignment terms?
    Yes! However this option is currently only available for my stationary products as I do not have enough stock of crochet items to support this service. Once I am able to do so, I will update the FAQ to reflect this change.

    2. Do you accept custom/special orders?
      Custom or special orders are limited to products previously featured on the website and will be granted on a case-by-case basis. Customizations to existing products may also be granted on a case-by-base basis. Please contact me at info@ehplusstore.com for more info!

      3. I really liked (X Product) but it sold, can you make one for me?
        Thank you, it depends! Some of my products are made with materials that may be difficult to re-purchase, or I may not be able to fit your request into my schedule. Please contact me at info@ehplusstore.com for more info!

        4. Can I change an existing order?
          If it is the same day as you placed the order and I have not sent out your order yet for delivery, I will do my best to accommodate any changes. However, this service is not guaranteed. Please consult the 'Terms of Service' page for more details.

            Currently I only ship to Canada, the US and Australia. I am working on my VAT registration for the UK, so once this is complete I will update this section accordingly!

            6. Why don't you ship to my country?
              In short, taxes. Every country (and different regions within those countries) has different tax laws and registration thresholds for charging and remitting taxes. In order to best comply with these rules, I am initially launching in a small number of countries and will expand as the business continues to grow. If you'd like me to prioritize your country, shoot me an email at info@ehplusstore.com! I'll let you know where I'm at in the exciting world of international tax laws.

              7. Do you have a physical store I can visit?
                At the moment, I do not! However I do currently have one stockist - The Chocolate Bear Shoppe (my mom's store) where you can purchase select goods in person.

                8. Why don't you offer returns?
                  This is something I hope to support in the future, however at the moment I do not have the time or resources to support this service. I appreciate your patience and encourage you to check back in the future, as well as reach out if you have any specific concerns. You may also review our Terms of Service for more detailed information related to returns and exchanges.
